I will post my documents that I will use to present to the IT and curriculum people. I'll let you know how it goes.
Good luck. I've recently moved from the free service for just my computer classes to the full educational version for our entire student population. If there's anything I can do to help you, don't hesitate to ask!

This is a bit of write up I sent to the curriculum director.
We are beginning the set up process in our district-does anyone have experience setting it up to use with AD and Windows Server 2008? How about the Google forum? Is that the best way to get info?
Goggles can be very useful in education. Students may have a hard time learning if they lose their eyes. When I was in school, we always wore them when performing experiments. I dont know of an Goggle apps out there, but it seems like Apple has an app for just about everything, so keep looking I'm sure you will find something. Please share when you do... good luck!
I haven't found a wealth of information on the Google Forums. I think it would be the place to start, though. I know that somewhere within the Google Apps for Education site there are testimonials and examples from districts that have implemented the Apps. Maybe there is contact information for these successful schools?
