During my Educational Technology class this week we created surveys using Google Docs. (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1UUIdIrZQRWK6dgmYrlf3FfZldffrq1gmgw...) The surveys that we created were very simple but it was good practice for us and I think that surveys like this can be really good resources for teachers. It is an easy way to get feedback from your students and the data from the survey is already recorded and organized into a spreadsheet for you. This would also be a good way to get anonymous feedback about class from your students because you don't have to make it so they say who they are. This allows the students to feel safe telling you how they felt about a lesson without fear of being judged by you or by the other students. I would greatly recommend using surveys like these in your classroom but if anyone has had problems with it please tell me because I would like to be prepared for these issues when I have my own class.
