Today is a day to celebrate and pay tribute to this musical genius. Teachers, students, lovers of music, everyone, can take a journey back in time and meet Tchaikovsky in a way that will captivate all.

Pyotr Tchaikovsky led a somewhat troubled life, despite achieving immense success.  He was undoubtedly one of the greatest composers of the Romantic Period.  Why not bring him into the classroom and together with students, celebrate his music and artistic achievements as they are reflected in his operas, ballets, orchestral music, chamber music and over 100 songs.  He truly had an amazing talent and there is much that can be learned from him.

Romeo and Juliet, The Sleeping Beauty - beautiful music composed by an amazing musician.  Music that has inspired many others.  Learn about, his amazing friendship with an anonymous patron.  Teachers and students in particular can connect with Tchaikovsky in a personal manner. Be swept away by the composer of such masterpieces as ‘Swan Lake’ and ‘The Nutcracker’.  His life and musical achievements can be found in several of our titles, HERE.
