LEADERSHIP AS POWER TO ACCOMPLISH

The leadership as the power to accomplish is more so of my leadership style. As a band director I do not tell the students what to do, I merely give them the power to choose and make the best decision amongst themselves. I want to teach my students how to think and learn for themselves. To me this will allow them to be better prepare for other classes across the curriculum.

By giving the students some type of power allows them to own their learning experiences. Making it authentic. This will help them in all areas of learning.
