The course is available for free to download and study at your own pace. In addition, we will be
launching offline versions of the course in locations such as Jos, Nigeria and San Diego, USA. We will also be launching an online instructor-led version of the course in early 2011.
We would also like to invite you to join the discussion through the TWB Groups Page on Peace Education:
http://groups.teacherswithoutborders.org/en/peace-education ;
More than just a social network, it is a place for teachers to discuss issues related to peace
education, post questions, find resources, and collaborate on projects. We hope that you will join the discussion!
We are currently seeking partnerships with organizations and institutions who are working on issues related to education for peace. If you are interested in forming a partnership, please contact us to discuss the possibilities.
We can also use your help in promoting this resource. Our aim is to bring peace education to the widest audience possible in the hopes that we can promote the movement of a global culture of peace through education and specifically through teacher professional development. Please tell your friends and colleagues about our program and help us to spread the word - and promote peace!
Please contact us at any time with any questions you may have. We will look forward in your participation!
