Identifying Similarities and Differences
According to Marzano, the ability to break a concept into its similar and dissimilar characteristics allows students to understand (and often solve) complex problems by analyzing them in a more simple way.
Talk to me about how you use this method in your classroom, specifically what topics, how do you organize them (i.e. Venn Diagrams, T-charts, etc.) and any other interesting useful things you have learned while employing this strategy.
