Teacher first day introduction

I want to use this blog for my future parents of my students. I would like to use this for them to get to know me and if they have questions they can ask through here. I would start by telling them a little introduction about myself. Then I would let them know a little bit about what this year will hold like some activities we would be doing or if any trips have already been made. I think this would be a great sight for the parents to be able to stay in contact with me if they need anything or have questions regarding homework assignments.
