The Networked Learner

Networking is the future for educators. Students can gain more valuable information through networking and the information is usually remembered and valued more by the students than information poured out to them by a teacher or parent. I am planning on recruiting members of the business community in our area or surrounding areas to network with my students about various careers. Students could ask questions such as: What do you do daily, What is a good starting salary in this area, What can I expect in college, etc... This will be an awesome experience for my students!
