I'm always looking for tools and resources that making teaching and learning online easier for both educators and students. In that quest, I was intrigued by the ease implied in the name EditMe. So, what is it?

It's a Blog. It's a Wiki. It's an Intranet. It's a Website.

And, not only is it super easy to use, it's also respectful:
Instead of demanding credit card information in exchange for a free trial and then hoping users will forget to unsubscribe, the EditMe site says, "If you don't enter credit card information when signing up, you'll get an email before your trial expires asking you to provide billing information. You can choose to cancel your site at that time, or provide billing information and keep your site active."

And, as if ease and respect aren't good enough reasons to check 'em out, they also eat their own dog food.

Ellen, thanks for the write up! And if anyone here has any questions or comments about the service, I'm here to answer/hear them. Happy Holidays!
