I’ve just twittered, ning’ed, rss’d, moodled, twined (well I was there but decided not to) and I’ve got to admit I’m feeling kinda bloggy. How do people find the time to keep up with all this ________, (be nice there’s more than four _’s). I’m at a loss as to how to describe it. I see the benefits of the various networks but feel that selecting one tends to mutually exclude one’s self from the others. (Again, there’s just not enough time to keep up with all the various networks). It was nice to see a friendly face (avatar) in Classroom 2.0. What potential! This site looks like a profitable place to mine for gold! Following some threads, I saw people asking for help and others commenting back with various options to try.

I just created a ning account but I’m sheepishly thinking I might use this more for personal communication rather than professional. I’m all for social networking but at times I miss the privacy of my closest family and friends. I may privatize my ning for family pictures and video and keep it for a select few. I wonder… will the social networks eventually include the intelligence to allow for visitors to password through the various inner circles of trust into the “I’ll be completely honest with you level” the way that humans do naturally? I don’t know about you but I’m a real body language enthusiast, and the avatars I see never flinch. Are they bored? Are they listening? Are they making fun of me?
