Hi Aaron. I was wondering if your students would be interested in participating in a nationwide SAT Vocab Video Contest @ MIT university. Perhaps you have some educator contacts you could direct me to. You can view contest details at BrainyFlix.com Please let me know. Thanks!

ahh yeah, Action Valley. It's a rough town, but that's a story for another time. Last week was actually kind of refreshing, it got me motivated to get things going for the school year. I'll touch base with you soon on a project I'm getting going with some of the Wisconsinites.

I am relatively new here. I am from Ghana and I'm just here to learn, contribute as well as link up with like-minded people who will be willing to share their experiences as well as help in spreading the concept of distance learning and adult education to Africa, which lags behind as far as education is concerned. My company has developed a television program called 'ADULTS IN EDUCATION' which is used in teaching, especially adults, how to read and write as well as general tips on how to take care of oneself. We also treat social issues as well. Television is still the widest means of disseminating information here in Ghana.

Hi Aaron,

Too bad we missed each other! Things are moving here... figuratively and literally:)

Just moved into a beautiful new used house and very excited about the improvements and progress of Project Foundry. Lil' Gracie is just the cutiest little thing! Check out her blog if you're ever bored: http://babykrukowski.blogspot.com

Hi, Aaron - I didn't recognize you with your, uh, interesting photo (kind of artsy-angry-serial-killer-ish).

Thanks for your policy activism session at MNCS this week! I thought you might like to know how I have already benefited from utilizing several of the techie ideas that you shared. First, I set up a Google Alert for education blogs; when I got the alert this morning, one of the links led me to CR 2.0 where I have been learning more about the educational applications of collaborative technology (including Ning).

Finally, I'd like to point out that the "About Me" section of my CR2.0 page will serve as my 2-minute (well, 5-minute) "elevator talk," if you're willing to accept that assignment a day late. ;-)

It was nice to meet you on Thursday!

I;m sure we could legally sign up as many people as we wanted. It would also be possible to use ning to start our own circle of friends if we wanted to.

Aww, thanks for being my friend :) We'll see if this goes anywhere. I went to forums and a question about social networking (I e-mailed you). I think there are lots of tecchy people on here, so it can be helpful to dialogue with them.

Yeah this is interesting. Can you do anything beyond having conversation and posting videos? It doesn't seem to have the potential for creation that a wiki does. It looks nice, though.
