Jane,
Unfortunately, my computer is being updated and they did not finish today. I will not be able to join the session in 2nd life. I hope we can meet and chat at NECC.

That was fast! And I don't even have anything up yet.

Thanks for the great welcome. It's nice to know that the CR2.0 still hass a personal touch.

I'm into instructional design and rapid e-learning at the moment. I'll drop by often and see what's up with you and the rest.

Hi Jane,
I thank you for your quick response. I do not have a blog. I will work my way in to setting one up shortly. have lots of interests. Presently i am interested in finding out more about Dyslexia and literacy interventions that would be most appropriate for supporting these children. It is a huge issue right now in my School District. Any ideas ?

Thanks Jane,
Appreciate your kind welcome. I work in a public citywide special education school for children with multiple disabilities; we have little resources so I’m always looking for ideas that are practical and inexpensive.

Hi Jane,
Thanks for the kind welcome. (I used to live in Eugene years ago.) I'm a high school English teacher and a consultant for the Western Mass Writing Project. I'm really interested in learning more about how to integrate technology into my teaching. I'm not sure where to begin...except in my own classroom right now. I'd also like to find out how to get more training so that I could become some kind of tech liason in the field of education...

Jane, I have to confess I thought of you today, as the notion "death by pbl" popped into my head! This wildflower project will do me in someday:

Hi Jane--I love the link that you posted about classroom decor. I am a tech resource teacher in Virgina and just the other day I was trying to think how I could suggest how to spruce up some classrooms. Thanks to you, I'll be able to make it a technology integration blog post (required by our I.T. department to have blogs).

Hi Jane,
Thanks for the introduction! I'm in the process of setting up a wiki site for a leadership development program I support and need all the tech help I can get! Do you happen to know if you can embed a Ning or other social network souce inside a wiki site?

Jane, thanks for the comment and the links. I'll take a better look at them when I have more time. Really, I'd like to know more about Springboard Innovations. That sounds cool. When did you start it? How did you get going? What kind of projects are you working on with that?

Hi Jane,

Thanks for the welcome..I am finding all sorts of 2.0 resources ! I think this is a great site for information. As a librarian, teacher and an administrator -- it's very useful. I have already made my first sample video on Animato , started a scrapblog and more!

I am trying to join the XO group. Does it only require that we place our location on the Map? I have done that but don't see my photo as a member.

Thanks,
