Hi Eduardo! Happy new year!
Let me tell you a bit about me. I am from Argentina, where I have carried out some research that showed a very small percent of secondary school teachers make actual use of the Internet in for their practices. I will be giving a talk next february to share ideas and resources with many colleagues who do not even know about web 2.0. I participate of classroom 2.0 but would like to start my own network so as to show my colleagues here what one can do whith sites like NIng(and also as a personal challenge!) If you could please join me at
and probably invite some of your colleagues, too. It would be very helful to start making the network grow!
Thanks a lot.
I'm a teacher in the United States and have a teacher at my school that would like for his science students to talk to students in Uraguay about environmental issues. Would you be able to help? Thanks.
I think you may find this idea interesting.
I am inviting teachers from all over the planet to join and introduce to their students the network for connecting students globally. This is my vision... Please visit: http://kids4kids.ning.com/
You and your students can be the first representatives of Uruguay!
Please share your thoughts with me!
I've become a new member not too long ago and am very excited about this site. Needless to say as a new member I know no one. May I kindly invite you as a guest to my site (http://ntoond2.ning.com/). Any suggestions or comments you may have on how best to navigate the 2.0 world would be most appreicated.
Also, would you care to share any sayings which are particular to your country on my site? For example, in the US one can say "Waste not, want not" or "Birds of a feather flock together", "A stitch in time saves nine"... and so on.
I'd be most grateful.
Thanks and hope to hear from you.
Hi Eduardo. I have just had a look at the links you sent me on delicious. Thanks very much but I'm afraid I don't know what an eportofolio in delicious is? I would be grateful is you could explain it to me
Thanks in advance
Hola Eduardo. Ya te agrego a mi del.icio.us. Por lo visto estaremos muy comunicados (twitter, del.icio.us, etc) I'm sure that networking is a great way of learning from each other. Thank you for all the invitations.
Thank you for inviting me to join you on College 2.0.
I worked at a university in Kansas City, MO before joining AT&T as Director of Education for Kansas. I continue to work with higher education faculty.
Many thanks Eduardo. I am definitely feeling a bit overwhelmed by technology at the moment but hopefully I will get the hang of it and I am sure I will learn alot from your page. It is very nice to meet someone from Uruguay.
Thanks Eduardo for your invitation.
I joined College 2.0 as soon as I received it from you.
I like it very much and I think it is an excelent complement of Classroom 2.0. The focus in Higher Education is interesting for me.
Regards from Portugal
