About Me: I am currently in my 8th year of teaching at HMS in Hudson Wisconsin. For the first six years, I taught sixth grade reading. When I was just getting comfortable with the curriculum, I changed to 6th grade social studies. I often ask myself "What were you thinking?" However, after a difficult and frustrating 1st year, trying to fill the shoes of the previous S.S. teacher, I am beginning to enjoy the challenge of teaching my students, why it is so important to be an educated global citizen, who respects other cultures. I also do photography and I am always looking for tips and ideas to get a business started.
