About Me

I am 73. I started my professional life as school psychologist then I was involved as professional executive in youth organizations (Scouting in France and then at the World Scout Bureau where I was Executive Director, Educational Methods and Deputy Secretary General. Now, I am a consultant in the field of youth policies and youth programs with an expertise in life skills based education, transition from adolescence to adulthood and entrepreneurship. I am working mainly in at risk countries such as Haiti, Chad, Congo, Mexico, Afghanistan, etc.
