- Hugh is Senior Lecturer within the Faculty of Education at the University of Cumbria. He is Project Manager for the ITE Subject Resource Network for Music on behalf of the National Association of Music Educators (NAME) and the Teacher Development Agency (TDA) and has music research interests primarily within the area of situation cognition. Hugh is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and is Course Leader for PGCE Secondary Music.
