I find that it is important to reply back via email or better yet to people who comment on my blogs. I have made some really good connections this way and built up a social network. I didnt know to do it either, but now that I do, it is a fantastic but time consuming task. So many people on twitter seek feedback or ask you to read their posts but often they never return the visit. I try to set time aside to do this but sometimes that does not work either. Everyone has something to say and if we can encourage them further the connections get stronger and more powerful.
