About Me: I love teaching and learning! I have taught for 24 years in both public and private schools. I have spent about 3-5 years in each of the elementary grades from 1st through 8th. I thrive on change and reflection of my educational practices. Currently, I am pursuing a service-learning cross-curricular approach. I have found that my students thrive because learning is more meaningful with this approach. I can reach beyond the classroom by providing "real-life" experiences.

As soon as I looked at an old post you sent me I figured out what I was doing horribly wrong (which was embarrasing it didn't occur to me sooner - as I overlooked the upload video button when creating posts - eek!). Just though I would let you know how you helped me...however inadvertently (spelt wrong but rushed this morning).

I think my timing was off with the composting (we are about to go into our state mandated writing test so prep is taking over). I figure this is my learning year for all things projects :)
