Hi Jeanettem, I encourage you to visit the library created by the Tutor/Mentor Connection in Chicago and borrow any ideas you can find for your own learning. If you find this valuable, I'd like to enlist you in some distance collaboration aimed in helping more people find and use these resources, while also adding to them as new ideas come available.

With your work as an eLearning Facilitator, I recommend you take a look at Wiziq's virtual classroom and authorstream's power point presentation platform. Both are web based platforms, have a bunch of features and free basic service.
