About Me: My name is Jeff Russell and I am currently a student in the Neag School of Education at the University of Connecticut. I plan on becoming a High School Math teacher in the near future. Outside of school, I am a volunteer at Big Brothers Big Sisters, I have tutored numerous students since high school, and I assistant coach on a basketball and baseball team.

Besides working with students, my passion has always been sports. In High School, I was a member of the Basketball and Track teams and also played Baseball during the summer. I am stilled involved in sports now participating in numerous Intramural teams as well as coaching youth teams in my hometown of Naugatuck.
