School / Work Affiliation: Calvert Enterprises - An entrepreneurial organization looking to positively impact early childhood education

About Me: I'm Jeremy Davis, the Director of Calvert Enterprises. This is a company that's part of a larger Holdings company where most parts are life-science related (pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, etc.). Calvert Enterprises focuses on anything we do that is non-life-science related. In other words, a really cool open canvas! :)

I joined Classroom 2.0 as the most recent initiative we are kicking off relates to education technology *specifically* geared toward early education i.e. preschool through 2nd or 3rd grade. To start it, we launched www.ChimeInOnline.com to start some conversation very specific to this age group (end shameless plug!).

I’m also a proud parent of a 5 year old daughter so this new initiative we’re doing is right up my ally and probably a bit self-serving. ;)

Another division in our company is called Calvert Creative (www.CalvertCreative.com) that specifically focuses on social media capabilities and technology as they relate to business. Cool stuff!
