Profile Information

About Me: Currently I am a grad student working on a Master of Arts in Teaching (endorsement elementary education). I am very interested in expanding my practices and learning from the global community as well as learning about educational technology, the culture surrounding technology in the classroom, and ways to help students use technology in a creative, innovative, fair, respectful, and safe manner. I will be beginning my internship in early 2016 and will be in my first year of teaching later that year (if everything goes well). I am very excited, and I can't wait!

The non-teaching bit:
I like to be crafty and create things, and I'm a Pinterest addict. I love knitting, reading, writing, and being outdoors. Beautiful Seattle is a wonderful place for all of these things (depending on the weather!). I love to travel, and will be visiting Iceland this year. Hopefully I will be traveling a lot more once I'm finished with school!
