- After 32 years of teaching high school English, I retired into the life of a school coach working for the Small Schools Project in Seattle. I also did some coaching work for CES National and the School Redesign Network at Stanford. After 8 years there, I worked for the state in school improvement coaching. I started my present job this fall. I love the work and I'm always looking for new and better ideas.
