I am the Director of the Virtual Learning Center at Cooperating School Districts in St. Louis, Mo. We do lots of exciting programs to integrate technology into the curriculum. Most important I have five biological grandchildren and four grand babies from my bonus children. I love to read, walk and go to broadway shows.

Our Brainyflix video contest just ended, and I wanted to thank you for helping us get the word out. We got 800 submissions from across the country!
That said, MIT was really happy with the results and will let us run another contest, so we're going for it! But this time, we're gonna have kids create Brainypics flashcards - which are images and sentences paired up with a one of our SAT/ACT words. The contest ends May 22nd, and there'll be iTunes and a cash prize like last time. To boot, we'll double the payout if the kids can hit a certain goal. More details at brainyflix.com/main/contest_rules.
Do you mind passing my message along to students and your colleagues again?
Hey Ruth! Good to hear from you! We have already started accepting video submissions and will continue to do so until March 16. This is SAT/ACT vocab, so we are targeting middle-high schoolers, though we are getting a few ambitious elementary school teachers! i will leave wh oyou choose to contact to your discretion. For more details, please go to www.BrainyFlix.com and click on 'Contest Rules'.
WHEN IS THE VIDEO VOCAB SCHEDULED? WE CERTAINLY CAN GET SOME STUDENTS FOR YOU. WHAT GRADE LEVEL. WHAT FUN AND A UNIQUE WAY TO LEARN VOCAB.
Hope you're enjoying the winter break. I was wondering if you, your educator contacts or students would be interested in participating in a nationwide Vocab Video Contest @ MIT university. We'd really like to get more students involved from Missouri.
You can view contest details at BrainyFlix.com Please let me know. Thanks!
