Tricia Berry, Director of the Women in Engineering Program at The University of Texas at Austin, leads efforts to recruit and graduate women in the Cockrell School of Engineering. She concurrently serves as Director of the Texas Girls Collaborative Project, connecting Texas organizations, companies and individuals working to advance gender equity in science, technology, engineering and math fields. She is also Executive Vice President of 825 Basics, LLC, a career strategy and strategic career communications company. Berry previously worked as a Product Development Engineer at The Dow Chemical Company. Tricia holds a BS in Chemical Engineering and an MBA.
