Was a teacher using blogs and podcasts with pupils. Like giving pupils a voice, open-ended stuff and fun.
Now ICT Staff Development Officer
IT wise I favour macs, like scripting languages and simple mashups.

John - have you heard of YouFig.com? It's a useful site for collaboration between students and between teacher & class. I still have a few invites left. Let me know if you'd like one.

Hi Al,
We intend starting some of the younger children blogging, our primary 3, but they will be about 7 years old. I'm trying to push blogging to my fellow teachers here this session. Could you ask what the problem commenting was and i see if we can do something about it.
Hi John
this looks like a great place for educational networking and enhancing the kids learning. My miniLegends are very keen to connect with another Year 3 blogging class. They've got their eyes on the Sandaig Otter Cubs but had a problem leaving a comment I believe. Is there anything you've got happening for 8 and 9 year olds?
Thanks for the invite
Cheers, Al
