About Me: I am the Microsoft technology solutions professional on Windows for US Education. I cover all 50 states and am tasked with assisting both Schools and Universities with understanding how to deploy, manage, and leverage Windows in a learning environment. Hoping to be of service

I am here to learn from you and offer technical advice when asked. I've been maintaining a blog for a couple of years now and I am very interested in new communities where people are passionate about technology and Education.

I come from a family of teachers. My Mom is a lifelong educator (she taught my 6th grade English course) and my sister decided to do Teach for America and is now moving in to a charter school. As a geek, my love for technology drove me to Microsoft but in my 4 years with the company I have been focused on our customers and solutions in Education.

Please feel free to reach out if I can assist in any way. I am happy to assist with questions technical or otherwise. I don't work within our support group :-) but I am very interested in discussions around the use of technology to enrich Education.
