One of my favorite authors! I do an author study on Patricia Polacco every school year with my third graders. The inspiration for her new book 'In Our Mothers' House' is a great platform for celebrating differences. I always enjoy her stories and so do my students each school year. I look forward to planning new lessons using this story!           I truly enjoyed watching this interview, and I hope you do as well!
