Dear Friends, 

Stress is not completely a negative word. It depends on the way it is taken and its intensity. Stress is required to some extent to motivate an individual to do better and achieve a goal. But sometimes Stress crosses a limit which can be devastating like in case of depression. What are your views.

when your body feels somthing not favourable(stress), then it tries to defend itself..... if this situation continues for longer time....then v can say our body working overtime..... that's why stress can cause problems in your body..hence managing this stress is importanat...stress is required to achieve goal as you said...but balancing the stress is most important.

Yes thats true Short term or acute  stress is beneficial to great extent Research has found out that it developed immunity and protected a person from infection  whereas long term or chronic stress can have serious harmful effects check this link !!
