Where's the discussion at?

Okay, so I am not a paid teacher yet but I would like to know what I am in for during that first year. I am also curious about job hunting and interview tips if anyone has any. Ideas?

As far as interview tips, just approach an interview with the attitude that these people want to have a conversation with you about your beliefs and ideas. There isn't enough room to post all the tips for a first year teacher. Just remember that some things will work and some things will fail. The most important thing is that you have to always do what is best for kids.
