I have been exploring and playing around with interactive educational video generators such as EdPuzzle, EduCanon, and Versal.
Now, I am wondering if a similar platform exists for creating interactive podcasts (from pre-existing podcasts or even teacher- and student-created podcasts)??
I am currently working with teachers in grades 6 and 9 who have asked me about Web-based tools and SmartPhone apps to build and reinforce listening comprehension skills. I immediately thought of podcasts. I would love to hear ideas about how to teach with podcasts in a way that supports standards for listening comprehension and, in turn, academic language development.

Podcasting library,Podcasting Pen Pals are some of the good tools for use.
I was looking into this the other day as I use podcasts to learn Spanish. It's a great way to develop students listening & improve their vocabulary, it's fun too, & as most students are obsessive to their mobiles these days it's an easy way to get them to do some extra English.
I think that's part of the joy of podcasts - there's something for everyone!
