Can a native English Speaker teacher help my community via free skype ESL lessons 

Hello dear native English speaker teachers. I need your help. We are going to organize an English club with the help of «Education fond"  This conversation club will be free for my community. We need a native English Speaker teacher who can  help my community via free skype lessons one a week for one hour.  Who can help my community? Who wants to be a volunteer?   Billion of thanks!!!
