I live in NY and the state has changed our curriculum to Algebra, Geometry, Trig...I teach a 9th grade honors Geometry class. I would love to hear ideas from people on how to make geometry proofs more exciting, interactive, collaborative, include technology, anything!
I just ran across this comic strip generator called toondoo, while students could use cartoon characters provided, there is the option of being able to draw as well, so I would think that illustrating a proof in comic book style might be appealing. There is a function that allows others to add to or extend the comics. My students were enthralled.
