Has anyone used any of the following and if so, how effective do you feel they are? Skills Tutor, Plato, Study Island, NovaNet, Eduss or some other online curriculum like these.

Have you looked at Kaplan Virtual Education? Their 6-12 on-line courses are complete with state credentialed teachers and offer differentiated instruction for every student. The course list is comprehensive from intervention courses to the AP level.
