In my school we have the students use dance mat typing first then have them use sites like typer shark, and http://www.freetypinggame.net/play.asp to have them practice

There was a ridiculously involved discussion about typing here.I'm sure every online typing site was mentioned. You might check it out.

Hi Debra,
I created a homework help page for my school, which includes three typing links. Go to http://schools.u-46.org/index.pl?id=6487 and scroll down to typing near the bottom of the page. I hope this helps.

My kids like TuxType which has arcade type games. It does require a download though.

My favorite is Dance Mat Typing. It completes with a Scottish Goat. Can't beat that!
