Evaluation Matrix for ICT Tool

Hi All,

Does anyone know of any framework or matrix for evaluating ICT tool for educational purposes? I have foudn many but these are usually about evaluating a software such as the content, images and such. I am looking for a framework to be used for evaluating especially Web 2.0 tool. Any advises pls?

I wonder if any of the Bloom's Digital Taxonomy resources would give you some ideas? My favourite resources are together here. Note in particular Andrew Churches' wiki, he has a page on Assessment also some analysis tools.
