I have started a website for my "early finishers" to visit so they can learn more.

http://www.highlands-computers.com/make-up-free-day.html#/

I was wondering if anyone has any other great websites that I don't already have listed? I would love to add them to my list.

Thanks,

Phil

I love tvokids.com Especially the game section...totally educational and super fun!

THANK YOU!

So many!

I created this for students at my school - free online digital tools - there are some good reading / writing / spelling sites here.

How about WolframAlpha?! See this page, On the WolframAlpha useful links page there is a link to a blog post by WolframAlpha on questions younger children could try.

DOUBLE THANK YOU! An absolute treasure trove.

In Language arts, my students like to use Scholastic Story Starters to compose letters and stories in computer lab or during our small group reading time.  http://teacher.scholastic.com/activities/storystarters/storystarter...

My students also LOVE this website.  They love to create writing pieces, even my students that hate to write.

http://www.sheppardsoftware.com/  This website can be used for almost any subject/grade level.  They have a lot of interactive games and activities.  My students enjoy all of the options!

http://www.coolmath-games.com/ has tonns of different activities for all different ages

Try this fun free resource for spelling practice & school fundraising http://www.spellathon.net

I like to use some of the resources from Mathbits.com There is also some computer programming at this site if students are interested.
