Explore the use of wikis as highly effective communication and collaboration tools that enhance the effectiveness of teacher teams, PLCs, and school or district leadership teams. Wikis and their potential uses will be defined and participants will learn basic wiki “best practices.”


This session includes real examples of wikis being used by educators, school districts, and schools for a wide variety of professional practices.  A session wiki page will be shared with conference attendees that includes links to all resources, all session information, and slides.  Presentation also includes activities to engage the attendees in discussion and reflection on how to implement or incorporate these tools/strategies in their own work.
