Need survey creator that tracks anonymous contributors.
We're conducting voting and want to make it electronic and secure. We can't show names, but need to keep track so no one votes more than once. Is there a survey creator that exists that enables this? Or, do you have a suggestion? Thanks.

You can try with skill evaluation software with your own survey questions . create profile for each user and allocate no of attempts to the survey. So you can lock with one time. After complete survey you can hide the results too with Exam hide Result option . Admin can only see the results.
