I clicked on your link then didn't complete the form when I realised that you have made phone number a compulsory field - why?

Hi, Colleen:

I understand not wanting to give out your number. If you prefer not to provide it, just give a phoney number or type in "Don't contact" and you'll still be able to download the PDF.
