Technology and the Common Core Transition

In Hawaii, our schools are transitioning from our state standards to the Common Core State Standards. I’m interested in learning about how you are making the change. Have you been using project-based activities? What kinds of technology support have you found useful?

I am new to these sites so please feel free to elaborate. This fall I would like to use Diigo for my non-fiction reading. I thought I could use the annotation devices to assist my students with researching questions. There is another teacher site, Curriki, that is a kind of curriculum commons that all members share in.
