If you have some time, Steve has used Ellumination to capture a chat where he describes the aspects of the site - it's a good overview. Oh! And there's a group for PD from the main page. On the 'wiki' side, the "Games" link hooked me up with a very techie ESL teacher and now I'm a member of his Ning page as well. It's a rabbit hole of resources in here. Makes my head spin.
