The 6th graders at Chichester Central School in Chichester, New Hampshire (USA), would like to invite you to participate in our blog.  We have created a blog, which we hope will allow us to explore varying diets from around the world.  Our goal is to understand what other country’s diets consist of and what they consider to be healthy.  Here in New Hampshire, we eat a lot of seafood and lobsters as we are so close to the Atlantic Ocean.  We also grow and eat fresh corn, apples, strawberries, blueberries and even pumpkins.  If you are interested, please visit our blog at cgagnon@edublogs.org and respond to the “World Diets” page.  If you respond, it would be helpful if you could include which country or area of the world you are responding from.  If you are not interested, it would be much appreciated if you could pass this along to a friend or colleague that may be.

We here in New Hampshire look forward to your response.  Thanks

-Chris Gagnon – 6th grade teacher

Hi,
I am a strong supporter of integrating technology in the classroom to facilitate learning and making lessons interesting for the students. You are invited to visit my website WordAhead
where you can organize activities for the students and encourage them to make videos and upload them to the website and rate each other's work. Its a great interactive way to improve vocabulary. Do take a look!

Hello!
A colleague and I are starting a Ning page (frenchbookclub.ning.com) which will follow our syllabi for a college level French and Francophone literature in translation course. We would love for you and/or your students to participate! We're under construction until the beginning of the semester (Jan 20, 2009), but feel free to take a look at what we've created thus far! Take care!

Hello Uschi,
Thanks for adding me as a friend. I work for a start up company called Aspen Learning, and we have a solution that offers Web 2.0 tools like Wikis, Blogs and Forums along with a Learning Management system. It's currently targeting elementary and middle school users here in the U.S. and can be accessed either within your school network or over the internet. This may be something you want to take a look at; you can sign up for a Test Drive and access the software on our test servers.
Gute Nacht,
Tony

"bilde Kollegen in den neuen Tools fort": das klingt gut!
da gibt es einen Intel-Fortbildungslehrgang dazu übernächste Woche, an dem ich dazu etwas sagen soll, aus der außenperspektive.
