Also any examples of mini lessons for either reader or writer's workshop would be appreciated. I am going to do my version of reader's workshop which will be a genre study. This way I can focus my mini lessons around the types of questions that genre would most warrant. Thanks for helping me step out of the box however I sometimes feel I am falling off a cliff.
