My students do enjoy working with web-based tools such as voicethread and our classroom blog. Parents also appreciate what this technology has added to the music program - increased efficiency in communication between home and school, the ability to share quality student work in multiple formats (video, audio), and successfully engaging students outside of the classroom.

If so, we used a variety of tech gear: digital audio recorder, digital camcorder, scanner, SONY Vegas video editing software, iMovie, and Sequel music creation software. For more info on the process/sequence, visit the project page on our web site and watch the third video (6th Grade, Spring Semester 2008).
