I don't know about any potential partners for your request of debates, but I'll try to find out through the next few days, hoping to find for you something. Anyhow, I would like to get some more information about these debate and mock trials conferences.

I am definitely interested but it really depends when you are starting.
Because we are grinding to the end of our school year now (June 20 is the
end of the year) and most of my students have exams and only come to lessons
whenever they don't have an exam.
If you intend to begin after the summer vacation that's fine.
My school is a technological high school Ort College in the campus of the
Hebrew University. WE have from grades 9 (but only one class) through to 12.
Classes are around 30 kids and of very varied ability from the weakest to
the very strongest.
I usually have 4 different classes from different grades.
We have labs but I have never tried video conferencing.

How do you want to work this? Our Antigone debate will be on Monday, so this is obviously out of the question. What are your students' interests? We could have them debate on a current event. My students are very excited. Do your students debate often?

I am interested in beginning a mock trial for Antigone. My students are going to begin researching this week for information. Is this something that interests you?
