Thanks for introducing yourself. I lead the Tutor/Mentor Connection, based in Chicago. I've and advertising background and use the internet to draw needed resources to more than 200 other tutor/mentor programs. I'd love to have your skills and thinking involved in our efforts. Here's a link to a pdf essay that describes one of our roles.

By putting these ideas on line my goal is to stimulate the thinking and innovation of people all over the country who are concerned about poverty, workforce development, social justice, etc. and who might apply these ideas as solutions in their own cities and states, while working in on-line groups to figure ways to constantly increase our impact and solve problems that people can't solve working alone.
