Embedding uTube Videos to Power Point

I have a Mac OSX and Word for Mac 2008. I would like to embed three Anti-Federalist videos off uTube. Can anyone give me the directions? I think I need to upload it to iMovie, but I don't know how to do that either.

Open your video in Safari. (click pause.)

click Window from your menu bar at the top of your screen.

choose Activity.

Find your YouTube page, click on the arrow next to it. Find the largest stream in that folder, it will probably be 5-8mb. double click it to download to your harddrive.

Now simply drag/drop downloaded file into your powerPoint. (Since you're on Mac, try Keynote, if you have it.)

You might have to install Perian to get the flv files to play.

I dont think it could be too much different on a mac. I have a mac at home I will check it out when I get home tonight.
