Interview with Troy Peterson of Nibipedia
Troy Peterson and his colleagues, "a couple of guys from Stillwater, Minnesota who call themselves Nibi Software Group have created a cool software tool called Nibipedia.
Nibipedia matches Wikipedia entries to videos. Building on the theory that "the future isn't about technology, but people and content", Nibipedia marries video to a concurrent stream of related links to Wikipedia content as well as other videos.
The Nibi software was developed for marketing as well as educational application but Nibipedia was specifically developed to be used in education. The videos in the Nibisphere are authored by our beta group made up of educators and there is an open call to educators who are interested in being part of the beta test nibipedia@gmail.com
