Happy New Year! I was wondering if you, your educator contacts or students would be interested in participating in a nationwide Vocab Video Contest @ MIT university. We'd really like to get more students involved from California!
You can view contest details at BrainyFlix.com Please let me know. Thanks!
I lead a non profit in Chicago that connects inner city kids with tutors/mentors. We work on two levels. One is ,Cabrini Connections a site based tutor/mentor program. The other is Tutor/Mentor Connection, which seeks to help programs like Cabrini Connections be in all high poverty areas of big cities like Chicago.
I'm a long time Mac user who also uses PCs quite a bit. I find it difficult to find Mac tech support and have not yet learned to use the OS versions as intuitively as the previous versions.
I've also been using FileMaker Pro for the past 14 years and my database has more than 14,000 listings. Since I'm a volunteer-based organization, finding people who can provide support for FileMaker Pro is even more difficult than finding people with ability to support Mac use.
I hope we can connect and that I can support you in your work in the Bay area, and you can help me with mine in Chicago and on the Internet.

Well done! The content in the course was great and I think you did a great job of reaching the less experienced in the room.
